Data protection and Privacy policy
In accordance with the ISQEM data protection policy, any personal data you give is solely in the continuation of your membership with us so that we can provide you with the ongoing support and services expected of a professional institute, the data collected is to:
1. Administer your membership data and membership grades.
2. Send you information about ISQEM events, courses, training materials, policy documents, products, or services that may benefit our members.
3. Ensure the membership services we provide are controlled.
4. Provide details of your membership category to employers or prospective employers who may ask us for this information, but only after we have your permission and confirmation to do so.
5. Contact you about research or surveys connected with safety, quality or environmental management (findings of which may be publicised by the ISQEM and used by its members).
ISQEM will not provide your personal information to any mailing list suppliers, recruitment agencies, marketing firms, equipment suppliers, financial or loan companies, travel, or insurance companies or agents or any other third party.
You can choose to opt out of any of the categories of information that you do not want to receive from us by completing the Data Information Sheet, sent out as part of your association membership package.
