Chairman of ISQEM - Wayne J. Harris
Wayne is a British national, who has been with ISQEM from its inception, and is one of the original founding members. He is an internationally known expert in the HSE industry and has operated worldwide at the highest levels of the profession for over 29 years. His voluntary work and contributions to the industry are fundamental in the continual advancement and acceptance of the safety, quality and environmental profession as a key management function with business. In addition to his very active role as Chairman of ISQEM, Wayne also sits on the board of directors of the World safety Organisation a UN-NGO.
President of ISQEM - Wayne M.Taylor
Wayne Taylor is a British national, a highly qualified HSE management professional involved in multi-billion dollar international development projects. His working career started within the military serving in the Royal Engineers, and progressed into the health and safety industry. He has worked both in the UK and the Middle East at a corporate HSE level for many years. He presently holds a corporate position as Head of HSE within a major development organisation and is used to dealing with multicultural organisations in high risk environments. Wayne is a Chartered safety professional and Fellow of ISQEM.
Vice President of ISQEM - Ella Korkor Agbettor

Ella is a Ghanaian national. A professional Risk Engineer she studied and earned her MEng degree in Chemical Engineering (Distinction), in the UK. She is fully familiar with the dynamics of the oil and gas industry and her experience spans from Greenfield to Brownfield projects. She presently works for Tullow Ghana Ltd, a major Ghana Oil and Gas Company. Ella has previously held positions in AMEC Oil and Gas, UK, and Glaxosmithkline UK Pharmaceuticals. As well as Vice-President of ISQEM, Ella is also a active Director of the SHEQ Foundation, a non-profit, non-governmental organization set up to promote health and safety in Ghana.
Director of Research & Development - Stephen Storey

Stephen is a British national. One of the leading HSE professionals on the international arena; his experience has been gained working both within the UK and International on some of the world’s major projects in Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Stephen is a Chartered safety professional and Fellow of ISQEM. He has over 20 years experience working in major corporate positions dealing with all levels of management including governmental departments, regulatory bodies, developers/clients, designers, consultants, contractors & other international agencies. He is a regular speaker at conferences on HSE and risk management.

Director of ISQEM - Bobby Thai
Bobby is a Australian national and presently holds the position of General Manager Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSE&Q) for Transfield Services Limited. His career has spanned over 16 years including working as a field office/case manager for the Victorian WorkCover Authority. He has over the years been involved in various aspects of Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety and Risk Management. Areas of interest include prevention/risk management, workplace behaviour/culture, management and leadership, dangerous goods administration, rehabilitation program, training and consultancy.
Director of ISQEM - Steve McClean

Steve is a British national. He has 20 years experience in health and safety and is the Managing Director of Safety Management Consultancy Ltd. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics, and also a National Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. Steve began his career within the Information Unit of the Health and Safety Executive where he was involved, in the support of the HSE Inspectors, in providing information and assistance to industry sector. He career has included working as a Risk Management Consultant at Zurich Municipal, Health, a HSE consultancy, and Wigan Council Leisure Services. He has considerable experience in a wide variety of industry sectors ranging from local government and other public sector bodies to specialist industries such as manufacturing and oil and gas.
Director of ISQEM - Saeed Al Semahi

Saeed is a Emirati national. He is a highly respected HSE professional within the Middle East region. Saeed has the unique ability to manage HSE at the highest level and understands the cross-cultural problems in implementing HSE within an organisation. One of his great aspirations is to make HSE a top level business case for all organisations in the UAE at a corporate level. He has also taken part in development of overseas qualifications for NEBOSH. He is degree qualified and a Fellow of ISQEM.
Director of ISQEM - Jean-Vincent Vignal

Jean Vincent is a French national. He is highly qualified and holds various qualifications including a MSc in Chemistry, Environment and Sustainable Development, from Chambéry, France, and a BSc in Industrial Processes from Grenoble, France. With a career of over 10 years he has worked in Europe and international for organisations including; Medtronic Europe Sàrl, Total Exploration & Production, and L’OREAL. He is well versed in business continuity, crisis management, and development of HSE management processes in line with ISO standards. As well as his HSQE background Jean-Vincent is a keen sportsman and was 3 times champion of France for Ice Hockey.
Director of ISQEM - Robert Alan Dickson
Robert is a British national. He has over 17 years experience managing various teams. His Health, Safety and Environmental experience has been gained within the private and public sector. His background has been in developing risk management strategies; in Health & Safety, environmental or business continuity. His current role includes developing systems and processes to measure and improve the business Health & Safety and Environmental performance. Having held various business roles over the years it has allowed him to commit to using all available professional energies to interact in an efficient and professional manner.
Director ISQEM - Engr. Jamiu Badmos

Jamiu is a Nigerian national. He presently holds the position of Managing Consultant, within Finsbury Heinz Limited. He holds various qualifications including a MBA and qualifications in Engineering, Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management including ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007. With over Eleven years professional experience in the management of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment in Projects for Multinational Oil and Gas Companies like SPDC, Chevron, OKLNG, NLNG, AGIP, MOBIL, and other sectors like Manufacturing, Construction Industry and Telecommunications etc. He is also a registered Engineer.
Director of ISQEM - Binh Pham

Binh Pham is a Vietnamese national. He is presently the Managing Director of a HSE consultancy. His career has been heavily based within the oil and gas industry and has included working for British Petroleum (BP), and prior to his present position, for Shell Downstream Businesses as their HSE Manager. Binh is a highly qualified and experienced Safety, Health and Environmental professional with multiple national board certifications and a successful 10 year track record in the Occupational Safety and Health profession within Vietnam.
Director of ISQEM - John O'Reilly

John is a New Zealand national. He has over 30 years of industry experience, ands has specialised in health and safety management in New Zealand and the UK. John’s health and safety management expertise has focused on construction (civil & Commercial), asset maintenance and railway industries. This hands on specific industry experience is complemented by his consultancy expertise at health and safety legislation level. He is an active member of Site Safe and the Northern Safety Liason Group. John maintains an active role in promoting health and safety in the work place, through frequent participation in industry associations and events. John has also spoken at several conferences and expos on HSE.
Director of ISQEM - Agharese Lucia Ojelede
Agharese (Arese) is a Nigerian national. She has over ten years experience, which cuts across Consulting, non-governmental organisation, local government, manufacturing, private sector and Oil and Gas industry. She holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Microbiology from the University of Ilorin and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London, U.K. She is currently working for DeltaAfrik Engineering / WorleyParsons. Previous roles have included Hyder Consulting, Business Eco Group in the United Kingdom (UK), Technical Officer at World Health Organisation, (WHO) in Germany, Research Assistant at Imperial College, London, and Environmental Analyst Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)
Director of ISQEM - Paul Slater

Paul is a British National. He has a career spanning over 16 years within the HSQE industry. He gained his qualification in Health, Safety & Environmental Management from Nottingham Trent University in the UK. He is currently employed by Majid Al Futtaim as Group HSE Manager MENA region, Majid Al Futtaim are one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa. He previous positions have included working for consultancy firms in the UK and international, and the Nissan group based in the UK.
Director of ISQEM - Duncan R Carthy

Duncan is a British national. A highly motivated professional, Duncan gained his MSc in HS&E Management. Presently he is the Managing Director of Sensible Risk Solutions Ltd, previous to this he was the Health Safety and Environmental Manager for Rolls-Royce Plc. He has extensive experience of international projects including new facility design, development and production readiness reviews. This has resulted in invitations to speak at various events including International Standards Committees on Machinery Safety supporting the Health and Safety Executive and the National Industrial Symbiosis Programme in the UK.
